1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (like hair colors, creams, serums, oils, etc.) once opened, for hygiene reasons

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support via Phone (0344-4400165) or Email (Ecommartpro.pvtltd@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your Order Number and pictures of the defective/damaged item.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • After approval, return the item to the address provided.


Note: Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective product).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Mobile Wallet Transfer

    • Store Credit (upon customer’s preference)


Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped without any charges.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, it must be treated as a Return (following the policy above).


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed if the wrong or defective item was delivered.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
