1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care items (like hair colors, creams, serums, oils, etc.) once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
3. Return Process

- Provide your Order Number and pictures of the defective/damaged item.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- After approval, return the item to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective product).
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Wallet Transfer
- Store Credit (upon customer’s preference)
- Bank Transfer
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped without any charges.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it must be treated as a Return (following the policy above).
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed if the wrong or defective item was delivered.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
